Laguna de Laila
A major attraction of Casa de Laila is without a doubt the Laguna de Laila: A spectacular lagoon swimming pool and rock waterfall, surrounded by a large lounge area with ample seating and stunning poolside views and a fully equipped communal outdoor kitchen. Set against lush mature gardens that are lit at night, with the Sierra de Mijas as a backdrop, the Laguna de Laila is a true oasis under the hot Andalusian sun.
There are several seating areas around the pool under the shade of palm trees as well as in the adjacent communal kitchen. The undercover cooking area is fully equipped and offers views over the whitewashed village below – a great place for enjoyable outdoor cooking and dining.
Share Mojitos and a dips platter with your loved one(s), while listening to your favourite tunes on the i-Pod compatible sound system, or go for an evening splash in the illuminated pool!
La Jaima Andaluz
Centrepiece of the orchard is La Jaima Andaluz, a spacious Moroccan tent. Offering shade and breeze, it’s a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation. It’s being used as a private space for yoga classes and massage treatments, but when not in use for those activities, it’s a great spot for you to unwind, read, listen to music, or play the guitar… There are plenty of cushions and even a small library and DVD collection.
La Terraza
Enjoy a truly unique dining experience on La Terraza thanks to our in-house catering service, Pachamama Catering (pachamamacatering.es). Set high on the property, featuring breathtaking views over the Guadalhorce Valley and the faraway mountain ranges of the Sierra de las Nieves, La Terraza provides guests with the perfect intimate setting for an unforgettable culinary experience. On offer is a select choice of menus (vegetarian available), using local, organic when possible, seasonal ingredients and prepared with an authentic passion for Moorish and Mediterranean cuisine.
